These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of GetSkillsTech.com (the “Site”), operated by Skills Tech Talk, LLC (“Skills Tech,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What this Site is
The Site is an umbrella marketing and information surface for the Skills Tech products. It helps you learn about those products and routes you to them. The Site itself does not provide the products, host accounts, or process payments.
Products and hand-offs
When you continue to a product (for example SkillsTech Certified, Skills Tech Talk, OpenThunder, Repo Mastery, Workspace, or Communities), you leave this Site. Your use of each product is governed by that product’s own terms. Purchases, subscriptions, and billing are handled by Skills Tech Talk, LLC as merchant of record, and account sign-in is handled through Skills Tech Talk, under the terms presented at checkout or sign-in. Prices, plans, and availability shown on the Site are informational and may change; the terms shown at the point of purchase control.
No outcome or vendor guarantees
The Site is informational. Nothing on it guarantees that you will pass any certification exam, obtain any credential, or achieve any particular career, hiring, or financial outcome. Official certification exams and credentials are administered by their respective providers, not by Skills Tech.

Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Skills Tech names and marks, are owned by or licensed to Skills Tech Talk, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission. Third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site;
- scrape or harvest content or data by automated means without permission;
- misrepresent your affiliation with Skills Tech or any third party.
Third-party links
The Site links to products and third-party sites (such as app stores and developer resources). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those destinations. Following a link is at your own discretion.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skills Tech Talk, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Skills Tech Talk, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
